Marie Lapointe, PDG AIEQ

Marie Lapointe is a highly accomplished senior executive in the aluminum and light metals industry, with over 30 years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and has held a range of management positions in operations, marketing, and strategic analysis.

Marc-Andre Achim, Eng – Strategic Energy Development, WAJAX

Marc-André Achim is a seasoned mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in the fields of ventilation and energy. A graduate of Polytechnique in 1992, he has a deep understanding of the technical aspects of these industries. In 2001, he was tasked with starting Delstar Énergie, a business development company within the Delom Group. His expertise and experience proved vital in the company’s success. Recently in 2020, he stepped up to the role of leading strategic energy development for Wajax, with an aim to expand the company’s offerings in the energy sector.

Yan Gervais, Eng – Director of Operations, Delstar Energie

Yan Gervais is a mechanical engineer with over 14 years of experience in the fields of aeronautics and energy. Graduating from ÉTS in 2007, he has a strong background in manufacturing and mechanical assemblies, with a particular focus on innovation and the development of new skills. As a main player in the operations component of Delstar Énergie, Yan is committed to providing top-quality services and solutions to clients in the energy sector.
