The CUSTOMER (after-mentioned addressee) agrees (a) to allow DEALER to share CUSTOMER’s contact information with Trimble, Inc (“Trimble”) and its dealers for their contact to and visit you, (b) to allow Trimble, Inc and its dealers to access your machines designated by DEALER and replace the existing telecommunications terminal for JD Link to a new terminal manufactured by Trimble connecting for Global e-Service of Hitachi Construction Machinery, (c) to allow DEALER, Trimble, Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Inc., Hitachi Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd., Hitachi Construction Machinery Tierra Co.,Ltd. and their affiliates to obtain and use the operating data collected from CUSTOMERS’ machines for providing CUSTOMER to after-sales services and the digital solution services such as Global e-Service and ConSite. By scheduling the install, it is deemed that the Customer agrees to (i) authorize Trimble Inc., Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Inc., Hitachi Construction Machinery Co.,Ltd., Hitachi Construction Machinery Tierra Co.,Ltd. and their affiliates (collectively, the “Companies”) the rights to data collected; and (ii) authorize the Companies to store and transmit such information in electronic form. By scheduling the installation of the telemetry box onto your equipment, you agree, on behalf of the owner of the equipment, to the terms of this email, including the terms of this agreement.
